Essence of life

Life is very simple, but I don't know why most of us make it complicated by saying it is full of tension, worries, stress, problems. Hay Hay stop taking it so negatively. Just be positive and adopt one mantra of life that love is god and god is love and if it be so then why to hate anybody.
